These terms govern your use of FinTrack, operated by Diego Zubieta in Mexico. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use FinTrack.
1. The service
FinTrack helps you record and understand your personal finances. It is a tracking tool: it does not hold your money, move funds, or connect to your bank.
2. Not financial advice
Everything FinTrack shows you — including answers from the AI Advisor and the WhatsApp assistant — is general information, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Check important decisions with a qualified professional.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your email and Google account secure.
- The data you enter is yours. You are responsible for its accuracy, including transactions created automatically from emails or WhatsApp — please review them.
4. Plans and payment
FinTrack offers a free Basic plan with limits and a paid Lifetime plan, a one-time payment processed by Stripe. "Lifetime" means for as long as FinTrack operates. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other users' data, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, abuse the AI features, or use FinTrack for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep FinTrack available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted operation. Keep your own records of anything important — you can export your data at any time in Settings. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever shut FinTrack down, we will give you at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on information in FinTrack. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, which permanently deletes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Consumer rights you have under the law of where you live are not affected.
